Abstract
Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) is a technique used to locally excise for cure of mucosal lesions and early gastrointestinal cancers that carry minimal risk of nodal metastasis. This review will describe the indications, techniques, and complications of the EMR using a cap (EMR-C) method.
