Abstract
This study confirms the feasibility and benefits of this “individually tailored” PEP'C on maximum cardiorespiratory and endurance parameters, and on quality of life, among seniors. It also shows that adherence to a programme of this type is more influenced by the satisfaction derived from practicing physical activity and sport than by affordability.
