Abstract
Dismantled by the legislative machine, the “Code of medical ethics” suffers from bipolar disorders today, captured by the law on one side, ignored by the law on the other. In the heights of the common law, we find today the principles related to the rights of the patients hoisted in the register of the law. On the other side, the traditional principles, such as the independence and freedom of prescription, are garaged in the register of the professional rules.
