Abstract
This article examines the use of tree drawing as part of the healthcare scheme for elderly subjects. We develop our thinking around three themes: usefulness of tree drawing; tree drawing and psychological assessment; specific instructions and technical aspects of tree drawing. Three clinical cases illustrate the impact of tree drawing.
