Abstract
Lesions of the peripheral nervous system are observed in 50-75% of cases of necrotizing vasculites. Usually, they consist in axonal multiple mononeuritis but some cases of demyelinating polyneuropathy with conduction blocks have been reported. These findings pose pathophysiology problems.
