Abstract
In Seine-Maritime, 1000 long-term care units are currently available in EHPAD. Demographics projections indicate there will be an important increase in the proportion of the population aged 90 years and older. Furthermore, since 2002, 80 of the 111 EHPADs have signed a three-way agreement. These epidemiologic issues will be useful for orienting the future Regional Diagram for “Aging Well in Seine-Maritime”, which is planned to begin late 2007.
