Abstract
A systematic screening by a clinical assessment of the swallow function is useful among high-risk patients, especially because the symptoms of disorders are not always at once obvious before a severe complication occurs as aspiration or a less specific complication as malnutrition. Screening will make discuss complementary examinations for the patient, then rehabilitation, and above all will make propose adaptive measures for the food and the hydration.
