Abstract
We described Top-10 battery which evaluates remote memory concerning celebrities using 30 photographies. Celebrities have been selectionned by period and by difficulty. In a first time, subjects have to evocate jobs of celebrities and then have to recognize them. In a second time, subjects have to evocate first name and then to recognize it. They have to give response to two questions and to choose dating. One hundred and eight controls realized this battery. We observed a significal effect of age (older people were more performing) and of educational level (more educate people were more performing). Controls evocated better jobs than names and recognized better than they evocated. Questions and date were twice more difficult tasks. This battery seems to be particularly interesting to evaluate Alzheimer's patients in onset of illness or before cognitive stimulation using celebrities' material.
