Abstract
Is the hospital adapted to an increasingly old population, and an increasing frequency of Alzheimer's disease? The new governance “Hospital 2007“ will undoubtedly see other systems of cares, more networks in gerontology, a promotion of the local hospital and a regulation of the general and regional hospitals. Beyond the structures, the processes of this governance are complex and “pulled about“ between unity and diversity. The transdisciplinarity will no longer be an empty word between persons in charge of centres grouping together departments, and nursing staff or administrative representatives, especially within the hospital executive council, new decisional authority.
