Abstract
Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare malignancy with an aggressive clinical course. Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) accounts for 95% of the recorded cases. Although therapeutic standards are lacking, high dose methotrexate and radiotherapy are the backbone of treatment for this group of patients. Herein we present a patient who having been treated in our site with immunochemotherapy and radiotherapy achieved complete remission.
