Abstract
SummaryA case report of immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome in an AIDS patient with pulmonary tuberculosis, manifested as a mediastinal lump. The location of the lesion and the uncharacteristic CT scan image precluded the exclusion of mediastinal malignancy for a considerable time.
