Abstract
The organization of care in pediatric oncology is defined by the DHOS circular dated March 29th, 2004. To improve the quality of care, this text specifies the respective roles of the reference centers in pediatric oncology, the regional networks, and their interactions. A report of the INCA in 2009, completed by an investigation of the SFCE in 2010, established a first current situation following the creation of the regional networks of pediatric oncology, highlighting an insufficient cover of the national territory and a big heterogeneousness of networks. From 2012, the network committee of the SFCE worked on the analysis of the uncovered areas and requested the actors of the concerned regions. The mapping 2015 objectifies a national cover and a clarification with, from now on, 1 network by region.
