Abstract
⺠IFN-γ and IL-22 produced by distinct CD4+T cell subsets. ⺠The response of IFN-γ and IL-22 were regulated by different signaling molecules. ⺠Reciprocal relationship between IFN-γ and IL-22 production in human TB disease. ⺠IL-22 affected the phenotype of IFN-γ+CD4+T cells.
