Abstract
The diagnosis of tuberculosis in children is usually made with a combination of clinical and microbiological evaluation. Chest radiographs are a helpful additional modality. Sometimes however, CT scan shows typical findings that help clinch the diagnosis when sputum examinations are negative and/or the clinical presentation is unusual. Follow-up CT scan can guide response to treatment.
