Abstract
Therapeutic education is currently booming in France, by the recent law in 2009. Allergic diseases, such as asthma, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, are very frequent. Many “Asthma schools” exist but equivalents for patients with food allergy and patients with atopic dermatitis are rare. The educative diagnosis, first step in the educational process, is essential by identifying allergic patients' needs. Many skills are common for allergic patients. That should encourage teaching teams to communicate with each other to provide adapted sessions Quality criteria, defined by High Authority of Health have to be respected. The role and involvement of general practitioners' and specialists are still unclear.
