Abstract
Sweet's syndrome is a very important diagnosis because this neutrophilic dermatosis is associated with solid and hematologic tumours, inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, drugs, etc. In this manner, when this dermatosis is present an adequate study to exclude these associations is necessary.
