Bédaquiline : de l'in vitro aux essais cliniques d'un nouvel antituberculeux

Bedaquiline is the first drug with a new mechanism of action to be approved for tuberculosis treatment after more than 40 years. Future studies will better define its role inside new drug regimens with the potential to shorten treatment or achieve better outcome in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
