Abstract
In our study, there were a majority of Gram negative bacteria except for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The three antibiotic therapy recommended by the center (third generation cephalosporin + aminoglycosides or fluoroquinolones) were effective and glycopeptide was not necessary in first intention treatment.
