Abstract
The radiofrequency ablation is a recent technique whose principle is based upon thermal destruction. Its practice still reserved to some center because of the technical and human means: a new generation scanner, a dedicated room of intervention, an anaesthetic doctor, qualified operator and staff. The advantage of this technique is to propose a cure with a good tolerance to not operable patients suffering non-small-cell lung cancer or lung metastases. The efficiency is still linked with the size of the hurts.
