Abstract
MALT lung lymphoma is a low-grade primarly B-cell lymphoma. Most cases develop in a pain free patient presenting a chronic alveolar opacity. In this review, we describe the clinical radiological and pathological features as well as the diagnostic approach to this pathological entity. Prognosis is excellent. Therapeutic options are discussed.
