Abstract
Takinga 135/85Â mmHg ICH cut-off, no differences in TOD between ICH and SHT were found. Taking a 130Â mmHg ICH systolic blood pressure (SBP) cut-off, those who are below 130Â mmHg have a lower risk of grade III/IV FO lesions. Those who are above this value have a higher TOD risk. Looking at TOD risk, we should consider a < 130Â mmHg SBP cut-off for ICH diagnosis.
