Abstract
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis is the commonest cause of chronic arthritis in children and a major cause of disability. This article focuses on the clinical presentations of JIA, the emphasis on clinical skills in making a diagnosis and the multidisciplinary approach to management including transitional care into the adult world.
