Abstract
Lung involvement is commonly found in a wide range of systemic diseases, and may be the presenting feature. Occasionally, lung disease may arise as a complication of treatment. This contribution presents a brief overview of lung involvement in autoimmune disorders and vasculitis, gastroenterological and liver disease, endocrine, cardiac, neurological, haematological and genetic disorders.
