Abstract
Congenital and hereditary renal alterations are studied in this unit of update. Where as the congenital disorders that manifest them selves came from birth, which have been purchase d by the fetus during the prenatal period, we must distinguish them from those that are inherited, which is transmitted through chromosomal abnormalities and with a deep impact on the family. Within the congenital anomalies, the authors present the more frequent malformations already of the renal parenchyma, already of the urinary tract. Among the latter, we will include cystic diseases and those with predominantly glomerular or tubulo-interstitial damage.
