Abstract
The oral and pharyngeal infection encompasses a set of processes in many banal occasions, but should be considered for their potential morbidity both locally and systemically. In the treatment of these infections, which most often are oropharyngeal commensal microorganisms involved, it will be necessary to assess the combination of antibiotics and surgical procedures.
