Abstract
Pulmonary eosinophilia are a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by the presence of peripheral eosinophilia and / or lung tissue associated with pulmonary infiltrates. Diagnosis is based on clinical history, compatible clinical-radiological picture bronchoalveolar being one of the most useful tests for the diagnosis wash without histopathological confirmation in most cases. Corticosteroids remain the standard treatment in most of them.
