Migration intravésicale d’un dispositif intra-utérin. Stratégies d’exploration et modalités thérapeutiques

ResumeLa migration trans-utérine d’un dispositif intra-utérin (DIU) est une complication peu fréquente. Nous rapportons ici un cas de stérilet ayant partiellement migré dans la vessie.Il s’agissait d’une patiente de 39 ans. Elle a consulté initialement pour découverte d’un DIU ectopique lors d’un ASP réalisé dans le cadre de la prise en charge d’une infertilité secondaire.Le diagnostic de migration partiellement intra vésicale a été affirmé par l’échographie et la cystoscopie. Une IRM pelvienne a recherché une éventuelle atteinte digestive.Une extraction du stérilet par voie laparoscopique et endoscopique a été réalisée avec succès.

SummaryThe migration of an intra uterine device (IUCD) into the bladder is a rare complication. The authors report a case of IUCD migrated into the bladder. The patient was asymptomatic.
