Abstract
RésuméUn tableau d’infection urinaire fébrile de l’homme doit faire évoquer a priori une prostatite aiguë. Les examens complémentaires rechercheront des signes de gravité et un résidu post-mictionnel qui nécessitera un drainage. Un traitement antibiotique probabiliste par C3G ou fluoroquinolone de 3 à 6 semaines est recommandé.
