Abstract
SummaryConnective tissue disorders are a known cause of interstitial pneumonias. But we are reporting here a case of primary Sjogren syndrome, which presented as interstitial pneumonia. There was complete clinical and radiological improvement with treatment with Mycophenolate and Prednisolone.
