Abstract
ResumenLa alta prevalencia de psicopatología en pacientes con epilepsia interfiere en el desarrollo, evolución y manejo de la enfermedad, tratamiento farmacológico y psicosocial de los pacientes y sus familias. El presente artículo presenta la comorbilidad más frecuente en niños, adolescentes y adultos con epilepsia, y aporta orientaciones para su manejo.
