Presentación inusual de diabetes insípida central por metástasis de carcinoma epidermoide de pulmón

Metastatic tumours og the hypophysis are generally silent lesions incidentally discovered at the autopsy as symptomatic metastases are uncommon. We report the case of a 42 year-old male with epidermoid lung cancer with diabetes insipidus. There was no previous history of malignancy and the xerostotomia was the first manifestation of the disease.
