Abstract
												We conclude that despite the efforts made, respiratory sepses continue to be a serious health problem in our community. Its makes up the largest group among the hospitalized patients. Steps are needed to improve their morbidity-mortality indexes, above all in the most vulnerable groups, as are the elderly and the carriers of baseline conditions.
