Abstract
Testicular tumors are the most common malignancies in the 15-35 years age group. They have a high recovery rate but late onsets may appear with atypical metastatic signs, which may lead to an erroneous initial diagnosis. We report a clinical case of a 26 years old patient with testicular neoplasm whose first symptoms were the presence of respiratory distress, feeling feverish and nervousness. His health condition progressively worsened and required admission to the intensive care unit.
