Abstract
The results of the study showed that accidents were more common in women and between 60-64 years. The most common pathologies found were ophthalmological, followed by cardiovascular and osteo-myo-articular. The majority of accidents occurred during the day. The most frequent location where accidents occurred was in the bathroom and in the kitchen, and they were mainly accompanied at the time of the accident. Fall accidents were the most common followed by burns and puncture or cutting wounds. The most important after effects of the accident was psychic. At least half received immediate medical care, with the remainder being treated later.
