Abstract
La tos crónica es un motivo de consulta muy frecuente en Atención Primaria, y a menudo el síntoma guía como en el caso que presentamos. Al ser un síntoma muy común y en ocasiones poco específico, muchas veces no recibe el interés médico que requiere.
Chronic cough is a very common reason for a visit to Primary Health Care and is often the guiding symptom was in the case we are presenting. As this is a very common and often non-specific symptom, it frequently is not given the medical interest it requires.
