Abstract
a) The VTE is a health problem of great magnitude and high prevalence. b) The LMWH have de-monstrated to be effective and safe treatment of the VTE, including the patients with antecedents of hemorragics episodes. c) The therapeutic breach by rejection to prick, by few tolerate in the place of the injection, can be minimized by education to the patient and selecting the most suitable type and the presentation of the LMWH.
