Abstract
Since the patient had 3 similar episodes in the 2 hours following arrival to the Emergency Service in which, besides loss of consciousness, bradycardia, hypotension and severe hypoglycemias were observed in spite of having begun treatment for these symptoms, the diagnostic tests and etiological orientation were directed towards an endocrine-metabolic cause. This was consistent with an empty sella turcica picture that responded to corticosteriod treatment.
