Abstract
In rare cases of an obstructed functioning uterus by complete vaginal agenesis, a combinative laparoscopic and vaginal surgical approach effectively restores anatomy and function, by an overall minimal operative morbidity. Human amnion provides excellent results in neovaginal reconstruction.
