Abstract
After xenotransplantation, human primordial follicles can be matured to MII oocytes even without stimulation. Administering human gonadotropin and GnRHa does not enhance the developmental capacity of xenografted oocytes. The optimal stimulation schedule for grafted tissue remains unknown.
