Abstract
The aim of the present case–control study was to evaluate the incidence of the (CAG)nAR polymorphism in Slovene polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. The polymorphism was not found to be a major risk factor for the presence of PCOS and for hyperandrogenemia in PCOS.
