Abstract
Laparoscopic cornuectomy is a safe and effective procedure for the management of cornual ectopic pregnancy. The use of hemostatic agents and suturing can help prevent hemorrhage and allows a safe removal of the ectopic pregnancy and repair of the uterine defect created.
