Abstract
Vaginal morcellation following oncologic principles is a feasible method that permits rapid uterine extraction and potentially avoids unnecessary laparotomies. This series suggests that the technique may be oncologically safe and also can be used in cases of uterine pathology of uncertain malignancy.
