Abstract
This technique of transperitoneal placement of an electrode to the endopelvic portion of the pudendal nerve is an effective, safe, and reproducible day procedure for treatment of intractable hyperactive bladder, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and a combination of both forms of incontinence.
