Abstract
Laparoscopic sacral colpopexy or cervicopexy is a safe and effective procedure with excellent results. Gynemesh (Ethicon, Inc.), a wide-pore polypropelene mesh seems to be an excellent graft material with low risk for graft infection (1.4%) or erosion.
