Abstract
Although efficacy of both endometrial ablation and resection is related to initial thermal destruction and correlated with postablation hysteroscopic and histologic findings, endometrial regrowth may be expected and is not a failure of ablation. Both procedures revealed histopathologically and clinically similar results.
