Abstract
Kidney disease in pregnancy is rare but associated with considerable risks of adverse maternal and foetal outcomes, and considerable anxiety on the part of the clinician. Evidence based strategies for management are limited. In this review we will discuss current trends in monitoring, treatment and prognosis for patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage kidney disease and acute kidney injury in pregnancy.
