Abstract
We report the case of a fetus with extensive thrombosis of the lower two thirds of the inferior vena cava, associated with thrombosis of the right renal vein with subsequent atrophy of the right kidney. The fetus had collateral circulation, leading to a highly dilated azygos vein.
