Abstract

We describe two patients with post-vaginal birth neuropathic-type pain in the perineal region. Pudendal nerve entrapment syndrome was diagnosed on the basis of a physical examination and imaging tests. The first case was resolved by debridement of a hematoma in Alcock's canal. The second case was resolved by physical therapy. Familiarity with this syndrome is important to be able to offer the least invasive treatment possible.
