Abstract
Chorioangioma is the most frequent benign placental tumor, with a reported incidence of 1%. Diagnosis is made by ultrasound during the second or third trimester of pregnancy. We report a case of a giant chorioangioma (8.5Â cm) in a woman who carried the pregnancy to term.
