Abstract
Hysteroscopy, as an isolated method of diagnosis, has a moderate sensitivity and high specificity in the diagnosis of atypical endometrial hyperplasia. The endometrial biopsy has higher sensitivity but lower specificity than hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of atypical endometrial hyperplasia.
